Tests is called +python2 but sle-15-sp4 offers only python3.
openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-Server-DVD-Updates-x86_64-create_hdd_minimal_base+sdk+python2@64bit fails in
scc_registration

Test is passing: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/8984838, it seems that already the new needle has been already added.
@dvenkatachala could you close the MR and the ticket? I don't think that it's valid anymore.
