Description

Hi,

these two bugs seem to be related to possible mirror issues with certain mirrors not having certain files synced
and zypper fails with an error message.

Also this makes the following openQA job fail 100% of the time:

As you can see in the openQA job history, the issues started to appear first on 2022-06-07.

Occasional 404 for metalink were caused by issues in infrastructure and that should be resolved now.

The linked bugreports are against libzypp, so I will let corresponding team decide if they should be closed or anything can be done in libzypp to improve situation somehow.

Please update this ticket or report new issues if any problems with infrastructure still remain
