Description
According to mirrors.o.o, very very few mirrors have the Leap 15.4 ISO, for instance not a single mirror in the US. rsync.o.o and ftp.gwdg.de apparently do not have them either, but when you check the individual mirrors, they do in fact have the ISOs. Scanner problem? The three Swiss mirrors are also not listed as having the 15.4 ISO, yet download.o.o will still redirect to them.

In fact, according to mirrors.o.o, only two mirrors have the ISOs :-) one in India and one in Germany.

According to mirrors.o.o the Leap 15.4 ISO is not available on the Mauritian repo (mirror.opensuse.mu). However, when I download from get.o.o it redirects to mirror.opensuse.mu.
However, for the TW ISO it downloads from random mirrors outside the African continent despite the TW ISO being available on mirror.opensuse.mu
