tumbleweed-cli breaks if curl download.o.o/history/latest results in a redirect.

Please ensure that /history/latest always gets served directly, at least until tumbleweed-cli gets fixed. (See https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1200043 for the tumbleweed-cli bugreport.)

So far, I'm not aware of reports about the list and disk files in the same directory, but to be sure, maybe also avoids redirects for them.
