The repo url generated by openqa-bootstrap is valid.

This doesn't seem to be a but in the actual test.
Either openqa-bootstrap is doing something that zypper doesn't like or there is an issue with zypper itself.
I opened https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1200425 so that the libzypp maintainers can make some sense of the logs and tell us what is going on.

It looks a bug was introduced in MirrorCache metalink handling last week and I want to sick leave afterward, so didn't notice it.
I hotpatched the root cause, so please confirm if possible if all works reliably now.
