[qe-core] test fails in libqt5_qtbase in aarch64 - dialog pop-up takes more time to appear

Description

The test expects the designer-qt5-main needle to match, but the dialog pop-up hasn't yet appeared.
Two things can be checked in order to improve it:

  • Increase the time wait_still_screen before checking that needle
  • Increase the QEMURAM of the testsuite

Acceptance criteria

  1. This test doesn't fail anymore in aarch64 :)

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 137.1 (current job)

Last good: 131.2 (or more recent)
