Description
Register WE failed (see bsc#1196215) , there's a new feature about SUSEConnect that handle 3rd party GPG keys, and the feature is done, need to ajust test our tests by using '--gpg-auto-import-keys'.
Observation¶

Created a pr to fix this issue, while there's another problem that some versions of SUSEConnect/suseconnect-ng don't support to use "--gpg-auto-import-keys", see the VR results:

So need to confirm with developers whether they will backport the bug fix to older products, for example sles12sp3, sles15sp1 etc, (in bsc#1196215 the developer said "@chenzi for SP4 and later, could you change the tests to use '--gpg-auto-import-keys'?", it looks like the fixing wont backport to all products).
If yes, need to update the package of SUSEConnect/suseconnect-ng before registering WE, because the SUSEConnect/suseconnect-ng version in qcow don't support to use "--gpg-auto-import-keys".
And for ltss case, need to register ltss first to get the latest version of SUSEConnect/suseconnect-ng.
