Issues with reaching SCC is rather common in our tests. We should investigate how to lower these issues.

I think someone doing a thorough investigation how scc.suse.com and updates.suse.com can be reached from within VMs, or from the openqaworkers,etc., would be much more beneficial than just ordering new hardware.
