observation¶
https://openqa.suse.de/tests/200718 and https://openqa.suse.de/tests/200708 fail. All test modules are ok but the job is failed and the log tells: "DIE expect_3270: timed out."
steps to reproduce¶
- TBC, definitely only on s390x as "expect_3270" is s390x specific
problem¶
H1. the test stalls and cause a timeout but the feedback is bad
H2. there is another problem with expect_3270
H3. other concurrent s390x jobs mess up the result

- Target version set to 168
- % Done changed from 0 to 80
So the implementation of the new serial behaviour is almost done
expect_3270 will then disappear (almost) completely and this issue won't occur again...

This was fixed with the restructuring of the serial grab on s390
