user story¶
As a user of the group overview page I want to be able to add comments using an edit window on top of existing comments not to need to scroll down in a long list.

- The comment entry window is on top of existing comments (if there are existing comments)

That supports "write before read" and is IMO counter productive. How about a "jump to" link instead?

sounds good. Maybe there is a common approach in the world how to do this.

there is: place the comment field at the end of the page and train users to press end if they want to go to the end of the page.
