Description
When trying to run the louis.translate function in SLE15_SP2 in the s390x arch, there's a traceback error )see attached picture).
The versions of Python3 and python3-louis are exatly the same that SLE15_SP3 arch s390x.

and aarch64
.

Looks like a product bug related to big endian.
Little endian seems to be hardcoded in the python code.
