Enable the validate_btrfs module for the JeOS aarch64 container test runs. It is currently scheduled for x86_64 but not yet for aarch64.
This is a follow-up ticket of https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/102377.
Note: We need to set NUMDISKS=2 and make the module work for aarch64.
