I have added the following to the ACL for stage.opensuse.org, with immediate effect:

Unfortunately, we cannot deal with rsync on port 55666, we need the standard rsync port 873.

I have created the mirror in our database:

It will serve China and Taiwan only, max filesize 2Gb. I have set an initial priority of 50, to reduce the bandwidth usage.
