Hello,
I'm contacting from Consortium GARR. We just finished fixing our mirror
of opensuse, and as written here:

https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mirror_infrastructure#Registering_your_mirror

here are the informations you need:

IPs and DNS for the whitelist on stage.opensuse.org: We already have
access to stage.opensuse.org (see Note 1 below)

Note 1:
We were already mirroring opensuse, but using rsync.opensuse.org. We
fixed the opensuse mirroring procedures using your guidelines
(https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mirror_howto) and we were
granted access to stage.opensuse.org yesterday

Note 2:
In order to enable rsync for mirrored files checking, we need the IP or
the list of IPs which will access our servers using rsync, in order to
add them to the firewall

Dear Giuseppe,
many thanks for volunteering your time and resources to help support our mirroring infrastructure.
However, as far as I can see, GARR has already been mirroring openSUSE since 2008 and is in fact our only Italian mirror:

Hello again,
sorry for this. I can see that some of the informations you have on our
mirror are oudated:

identifier: mirror.garr.it (the server rm.mirror.garr.it does not exist anymore)
prefix: 90.147.160.0/24
admin: GARR Mirror support
adminEmail: mirror-support@garr.it

Also, on the page https://mirrors.opensuse.org/ if you can remove the
rsync URL, because we only offer rsync to mantainer to check the
mirrored files.
