## Observation
openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-ppc64le-extra_tests_in_textmode@ppc64le fails in
[kdump_and_crash](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1293249/modules/kdump_and_crash/steps/6)
## Reproducible
Fails since (at least) Build [324.2](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1241805)
## Expected result
Last good: SLE 12 SP3 where we had crash in main SLES
## Acceptance criteria
* **AC1:** We have a working test for crash in SLE15 as well as SLE12
## Tasks
* Enable dev-tools in "kdump_and_crash" using or move that test module to its own scenario where we have dev-tools enabled
