#### Motivation Job group:
In job group(https://openqa.suse.de/tests/overview?distri=sle&version=15-SP5&build=98.1&groupid=478), we need add setting MIGRATION_FEATURES=1 to load check_migration_features test module for https://openqa.suse.de/tests/overview?distri=sle&version=15-SP5&build=98.1&groupid=478
For aarch64, x86_64 and s390x.
Note: we do not s390x platform, need add this for all test cases, just select some specific test cases for this.
#### Acceptance criteria
**AC1**: Add setting MIGRATION_FEATURES=1 to load check_migration_features test module for aarch64, x86_64 and s390x. module.
