Motivation

In job group(https://openqa.suse.de/tests/overview?distri=sle&version=15-SP5&build=98.1&groupid=478), we need add setting MIGRATION_FEATURES=1 to load check_migration_features test module for aarch64, x86_64 and s390x.

Note: we do not need add this for all test cases, just select some specific test cases for this.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Add setting MIGRATION_FEATURES=1 to load check_migration_features test module for aarch64, x86_64 and s390x.
