## Observation openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP2-Server-DVD-Incidents-aarch64-qam-minimal-full@aarch64_maintenance fails in [install_patterns](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1072107/modules/install_patterns/steps/43) ## Reproducible Fails since (at least) Build [:136221.procps.4784](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1072100) ## Expected result Last good: [:136216.insserv-compat.4861](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1072099) (or more recent) ## Further details Always latest result in this scenario: [latest](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/latest?version=12-SP2&machine=aarch64_maintenance&distri=sle&test=qam-minimal-full&flavor=Server-DVD-Incidents&arch=aarch64) It is the random reoccurrence of #20174, poo#20174, which was closed recently without any resolution. The problem is during system reboot, grub menu is missing (you can check video) and test fails, although system starts correctly. It looks like backend/infrastructure issue. Happens on aarch64 only.
