Exclude these tests this module from SLES 15-SP4 Maintenance tests. ##Acceptance criteria 1. Exclude temporarily `django.pm` from `mau-extratests-webframeworks` testsuite only in sle 15-SP4 runs. ## Observation openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-Server-DVD-Updates-x86_64-mau-extratests-webframeworks@64bit fails in [django](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/9064802/modules/django/steps/60) ## Test suite description Testsuite maintained at https://gitlab.suse.de/qa-maintenance/qam-openqa-yml.
