## Observation openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-NET-x86_64-kde@Laptop_64 fails in [first_boot](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1009937/modules/first_boot/steps/1) Affect all tests on KDE Plasma/GNOME/XFCE. Greeter should be closed. There is already a test module **opensuse_welcome**. ## Acceptance criteria Test suite description - **AC1:** The module **opensuse_welcome** should handle all cases for all desktops. - **AC2:** The module **opensuse_welcome** is executed after first_boot on affected scenarios (if any desktop applicable) - **AC3:** The module **opensuse_welcome** also ensures that the welcome popup doesn't show up anymore after rebooting. ## Reproducible Fails since (at least) Build [20190815](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1009439) ## Expected result Last good: [20190814](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1007573) (or more recent) ## Further details Always latest result in this scenario: [latest](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/latest?arch=x86_64&distri=opensuse&flavor=NET&machine=Laptop_64&test=kde&version=Tumbleweed)
