This issue blocks all the online cases of x86_64. Need to check why it didn't enter to grub2 earlier.

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-Migration-from-SLE15-SPx-x86_64-online_sles15sp2_pscc_basesys-srv-desk-dev_all_full_y@64bit_cirrus fails in
online_migration_setup
Test suite description¶
The base test suite is used for job templates defined in YAML documents. It has no settings of its own.

Fails since (at least) Build 38.1

Last good: 36.1 (or more recent)

The case missed the setting of BOOT_HDD_IMAGE=1 which may caused the wrong location for boot from hdd. Wait https://openqa.nue.suse.com/tests/7214511#live to verify.

There are two issues in this case,
one is the booting location, need set BOOT_HDD_IMAGE=1
another is the cirrus driver won't support well since SLE15SP3, so we need change it 'QEMUVGA=std MACHINE=64bit'

Later for the change of testcases, set BOOT_HDD_IMAGE=1
Besides, need update machine: 64bit_cirrus in yaml to machine: 64bit; and in flavor update QEMUVGA=cirrus to QEMUVGA=std or vga.

"std" is standard so at best you don't set QEMUVGA at all anymore
