Description
Observation¶
openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-security_check_kernel_config@64bit fails in
CC_STACKPROTECTOR_STRONG
This test was recently moved from the Development Tumbleweed group to the product group. And this, even though the history shows that this test has never ever passed successfully in the dev group (and it can't, as it does not take UsrMerged systems into account - where the kernel is in /usr/lib, not in /boot)
I kindly ask the teams to take the DEV group as a DEV group, fix tests, and once done, move them to the product group only. There is no reason to mark a snapshot failed due to a test that is inherently flawed.
Test suite description¶
Maintainer: richard.fan@suse.com
Reproducible¶
Fails since (at least) Build 20210816
Expected result¶
Last good: (unknown) (or more recent)
Further details¶
Always latest result in this scenario: latest
