An "alert duty" experiment could look like so:
- Going by the order of team members in the wiki
- Rotation every week
- The person on duty makes sure we have no unhandled alerts

As mentioned in #98673#note-5 I volunteer to start the experiment. Let's see how this works in practice.

@cdywan I would say it works in practice with you and me doing it over the past two weeks. Today we successfully handed over to mkitter. I added a wiki section on https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/qa/wiki/Wiki#Weekly-alert-duty . With this we should be good to go.
