openopenSUSE Leap 15.3 JeOS image not available

Hi,
I am getting this error
Failed to cache http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.3/appliances/openSUSE-Leap-15.3-JeOS.x86_64-OpenStack-Cloud.qcow2: Error: HTTP 404: Not Found reading http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.3/appliances/openSUSE-Leap-15.3-JeOS.x86_64-OpenStack-Cloud.qcow2
I assume either the image is not there or it is not in one of the mirrors. If I am using a mirror, I have no idea which mirror I am being redirected, sorry.
IIUC this was previously reported at https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/95512 https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/96687 https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/94321 . I am guessing that this images gets continuously updated, does it? And then it is not synced to / available from the mirrors?
