Description

If one use './client jobs post' to schedule individual job with START_AFTER_TEST or PARALLEL_WITH the parent test is not scheduled.

This was fixed by nadvornik - https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/496

Difference is that you don't use jobs post but isos post with TEST variable set to limit scheduling to one individual test. Dependencies are then scheduled too.
