Move the action to uncheck the development modules/extension to installer extended and check status of all modules listed.

Most of the time we don't need to uncheck this option and it is not default, so we can just move this check to test suite installer extended and list there all the modules and check if they are ticked or not when all the extensions/modules are showed.

We will work on that after https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/13117 due to in the PR is where module selection is developed.
