Description
Contradicted timestamps are observed in the autoinst-log.txt.
e.g. [2021-07-05T*17:14:58.348 CEST] [debug] ||| finished grub_test installation at 2021-07-05 **15:14:58* (8 s)
(https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1825769/logfile?filename=autoinst-log.txt)
The 17:14:58 and 15:14:58 contradicts with each other.

The timestamp at the beginning of the line has the timezones marker and is CEST, likely coming from the worker. AFAIR we have a ticket to move all machines to UTC. The second timestamp obviously is UTC but does not make it obvious. IMHO the second timestamp, if it comes from os-autoinst is obsolete since the timestamps at beginning of line were introduced. I suggest to simply delete it. This could be an easy task for newcomers to os-autoinst

better be strict with the process, i.e. reference at least the pull request that was merged that includes the fix (as cdywan explained in matrix chat as well).
