With assistance from infra the machine seems to be back. I can ssh in and and https://openqa.suse.de/admin/workers shows the worker to be busy with jobs.

yes, the machine is back.

With
https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/grafana-webhook-actions/-/commit/257c50a6adc00835438223e330b8f2163fe008e7
we have added an explicit IPMI command power on and also power status but both failed for me until gschlotter manually reset the machine's power. So for now it's ok and after #94456 fixed the pipeline should also eventually trigger ticket creation in EngInfra.
