Bootstrap 5 has been released and it would make sense to update our code to use it.

acceptance criteria¶

• AC1 openQA's frontend uses Bootstrap 5 under the hood.
• AC2 The appearance (overall design, colors, icons, …) is preserved as much as possible.

• Follow https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/migration
• Maybe some other JavaScript/CSS dependencies should/need be updated as well
