[sle][migration][backlog] Automation - adjust partition setting for special partition requirement

Description
Sometimes we need create qcow with larger space for root partition, while the partitions will be created with consistent percent of the whole disk, we'd better can set the partition size with our setting.
- Priority changed from Normal to High
From the partition info of s390x, by default it won't have the home partition, and for '/' the size looks enough large.
Initial layout proposed after adjusting the Guided Setup settings:
do not propose a separate /home
Changes to partitioning:
Delete DASD partition table on /dev/dasda
Create DASD partition table on /dev/dasda
Create partition /dev/dasda1 (300.00 MiB) for /boot/zipl with ext2
Create partition /dev/dasda2 (18.67 GiB) for / with btrfs
Create partition /dev/dasda3 (1.67 GiB) for swap
9 subvolume actions (see details)
- Status changed from New to Blocked
So we can just wait a job which can't solve the space issue by enlarge the disk size directly.
- Priority changed from High to Normal
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
- Subject changed from [sle][migration][sle15sp4] Automation - adjust partition setting for special partition requirement to [sle][migration][backlog] Automation - adjust partition setting for special partition requirement
We have no plan to do this recently, so move it to backlog.
