Add these MM tests to Tumbleweed

Tasks:

  • create yaml schedule salt.yaml which should be used for Tumbleweed
  • create test suite salt on O3
  • schedule and verify salt tests

test suites 'salt-master', 'salt-minion' got created and the schedule for Tumbleweed has been added on O3 now.
