Description
add these 2 MM test modules for sles 15 functional.
- create test suite on OSD
- remove them from main.pm and change test suites 'qam-salt-server' and 'qam-salt-minion'
- create yaml schedule salt.yaml which should be used
- add schedule for OSD

PR got merged and test suites have been created as well on OSD.
