OBS-Project openSUSE:Maintenance:Test:Leap_42.1 created and sync-script updated.
I'm not sure who creates the links on download.opensuse.org (Coolo?).
Reassigned to Ludwig for further steps.
This can wait well for Ludwig to return - that's evil obs publisher sync hacking :)
Test project is openSUSE:Maintenance:Test:Leap_42.1 but I don't have access to the obs publisher script.
