Description
Add all other console tests except MM tests.
Tasks:
- check which can/should be added, depending on test requirements (repos or qcow2 image)
- create yaml schedule 'extra_tests_misc' and test suite 'extra_tests-misc'

bind failed and I cannot find example test from QAM on OSD, so skip it at first.
sle-module-development-tools is not available and textmode hdd doesn't contain this repo.

It seems that hdd 'allpatterns and allmodules' is needed. We don't have it yet. So I need to create it at first:
yaml schedule for test create_hdd_allpatterns_allmodules and use START_AFTER_TEST for new test 'textmode-misc'.

check what is possible for adding these modules to functional:
some tests are okay except following:
bind,krb5,dracut_enhanced cannot be added to functional because addon repo is required.
valgrind,openssl_nodejs cannot be found atm.

extra_test_misc can be extended in future if we have new test case which required a qcow2 hdd of allmodules+allpatterns-gnome.

PR merged and test suite and schedule are now in place.

because of changes in yaml schedule for Tumbleweed, I verified the test run and make sure that these misc tests still working for sles:
