Action Point from Retro#93.
Sometimes it is not easy to describe an idea and people start adding a lot of useless information during discussion. That may shift the focus of discussion or even lose it.
We as a team want to improve on that, so that we'll act more effectively and professionally. That will provide the benefits to both: us, as professional units and to the Company.
Task¶
Assist team to find techniques to explain the ideas clearly and communicate effectively.
