With my work on #89113 I have replaced ntp with chrony and since then it looks fine: https://monitor.qa.suse.de/d/WDopenqaworker-arm-3/worker-dashboard-openqaworker-arm-3?viewPanel=65102&orgId=1&from=now-7d&to=now&refresh=1m
