Hello,
A while ago due to the inactivity of the openSUSE Chinese mailing list, it was closed.
Recently some users of the openSUSE Chinese community are willing to have it reopened.
We would appreciate it if someone can make this happen.

There was a mailing list for chinese ambassadors before, but ambassadors initiative died in openSUSE, should I create a new mailing list following the users-$lang schema (so users-cn?)

Maybe users-zh is more appropriate. As we already use zh in the original mailing list, wiki, and others.
