Description

Currently when PR reviewer is ready to merge she still need to wait for all pipelines of automatic checks are done .
Expected:
This wait time can be avoided by enabling https://docs.github.com/en/github/collaborating-with-issues-and-pull-requests/automatically-merging-a-pull-request in https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse

I have previously enabled auto emerge already for other reps within the os-autoinst org. I have now enabled auto-merge for os-autoinst-distri-opensuse

No complaints heard. There was a concern raised by szarate. Maybe he had the same concern as I had when I misunderstood that "github auto-merge" is not doing the same as mergify :)
