Hi,
https://get.opensuse.org/testing/ is having an issue with openSUSE Leap 15.3 JeOS images.
Like http://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/opensuse/distribution/leap/15.3/appliances/openSUSE-Leap-15.3-JeOS.x86_64-15.3-kvm-and-xen-Build7.5.qcow2 is saying “Not Found”.
It looks like a mirror issue and actually, none of the mirrors I tried have the images.

Looking at what is available, I see Build 7.20, but no Build 7.5.
I see get.o.o offering:
On pontifex, that does indeed point to a Build7.5 from 2 March. Somehow pontifex is not being updated?

I guess it started working again - the link now points to:
openSUSE-Leap-15.3-JeOS.x86_64-15.3-kvm-and-xen-Build8.1.qcow2 from 15 March.
