Hi,

we need the following mkdir's on the various download staging servers so that OBS can publish there:

mkdir on download.opensuse.org/ports/armv7hl/distribution/leap/15.3/repo/oss/
mkdir on download.opensuse.org/ports/armv7hl/distribution/leap/15.3/appliances/
mkdir on download.opensuse.org/ports/armv7hl/distribution/leap/15.3/appliances/iso/
mkdir on ports/debug/update/leap/15.3/oss/
