Judging by the logs os-autoinst's command server (which would be supposed to respond) was still running until the end of the test.

It seems that there were also other problems indicating network configuration issues within the SUT:

Retrieving package update-test-security-5.1-1.3.aarch64 (1/1), 9.1 KiB ( 337 B unpacked)
Media source 'http://openqa.opensuse.org/assets/repo/openSUSE-Tumbleweed-oss-aarch64-Snapshot20210113' does not contain the desired medium
History:
 - Download (curl) error for 'http://openqa.opensuse.org/assets/repo/openSUSE-Tumbleweed-oss-aarch64-Snapshot20210113/media.1/media':
Error code: Connection failed
Error message: Could not resolve host: openqa.opensuse.org
Jan 14 13:29:07.241181 localhost rpcbind[345]: cannot get local address for udp: Servname not supported for ai_socktype
Jan 14 13:46:51.241820 localhost rpcbind[341]: cannot get local address for tcp: Servname not supported for ai_socktype

Maybe it is a general networking problem of the SUT and not an os-autoinst issue.

For the test on kubic/MicroOS, the log messages about rpcbind are likely due to https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1177461 and https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1177462
But not sure about the DNS issue, though...

But what about the original report? The original issue is likely due to eth0 not being configured properly: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1586077#step/online_repos/1
