The broken reason shows that:
Cache service info error: Can't connect: Address family for hostname not supported.

Oh, this is from 2 days ago. In the meantime I've already restarted the workers which have been running since then. For further details, see #78390#note-11 and further comments. I would close this urgent ticket in favor of #78390. Any help with #78390 would be appreciated by the way.
