Description

Make sure we have openQA tests for both zypper dup and online migration (yast2 wagon)

the zypper dup tests from openSUSE should be a good start
but Wagon will require all new tests to be written

Wagon is not present in SLE12, so at the moment we just need zypper dup and 'offline migration' (ie upgrade from disk) testing

We'll need more tests once they have a procedure that replaces Wagon
