Description
When rebooting an upgraded sle12 sp1 in openQA, the reboot doesn't seem to have a Grub screen
eg. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/47926/modules/reboot/steps/9
Investigate, either file a bug (if its incorrect behaviour) or get openQA to handle the new behaviour if its correct (not sure..though doesn't seem to do it with non-upgrade machines)
