The repo link of SLE-15-SP2-Online-s390x-GM-Media1 and SLE-15-SP2-Online-x86_64-Build209.2-Media1 have been cleaned automatically, this will cause migration test failed when initial repo on base system, ex: https://openqa.nue.suse.com/tests/4893041#step/register_system/61.

applied fix to osd, created https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-states-openqa/-/merge_requests/391 and merged it now. It is active and repo links are there.
https://openqa.nue.suse.com/tests/4893053 shows the success
