closedTumbleweed Release Notes not extracted on doc.o.o

Description
Dear Heroes,
openSUSS Tumbleweed has changed the compression format from xz to zstd.
This apparently had a very negative effect on the release notes being
published at
https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/Tumbleweed/
The directory now only contains the RPMs, but only uncompressed format.
Apparently what ever is supposed to unpack them, does not know how to
handle zstd compression.
Due to this, all Stagings and TW product builds currently fail, as the
absence of release notes has effects on the YaST UI and the assignment
of keyboard shortcuts, which in turn are used by openQA.
It would be great if we can find a quick solution (or at least a
workaround by publishing an older set of release notes for TW)
Thank you very much
Dominique

- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assignee set to cboltz
- Private changed from Yes to No
Christian changed the configuration to have the TW Released Notes served from pinot.i.o.o, which is recent enough to be able to decompress the zstd payload in the TW RPMS.
https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/Tumbleweed/
Is thus back operational and the openQA jobs have been restarted
Thanks for the quick assistance!
