Description

If worker is using TAP based networking, MAC address of the interface is computed from worker instance number. However when using remote workers + TAP devices + some means to connect them (VLAN, VPN) we may end up with conflicting MAC addresses.

The algorithm for MAC addresses should be fixed no to depend only on instance number but either some random value (limit predictability) or some other unique worker characteristic.
