The yast2 cmd issue is for the patterns related not be selected during installation. So we need re-create qcow2 to make sure default and all patterns be selected correctly.
The issue is for in the process_patterns() the PATTERNS is changed to base,mini which is not what we set as default or all. We can workaround it as all or default to create qcow2.

These qcow2 created for all patterns and moved to fixed folder.
To fix the qcow not deregistered:
Use the same branch name, just update yaml to add scc_deregistration in module list.
