we need prepare correct qcow for 12sp3-LTSS
Try to create 12SP3 qcow2 base on 15SP2 job.

Clone with 15SP2 create_hdd job and update some setting, the SLE12SP3 qcow2 created. We will create all 12SP3 qcow2 files if needed.
