Somehow I suspect the proxies in front to do such random breakage.

your patch for this: https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/3167 . Seems like we do not have much choice other than changing implementation in openQA. So calling this resolved after I hotpatched osd+o3 as well . We can followup further necessary work in #67714
